Portrai is a digital business card platform that lets you create, customise, and share professional digital cards online. Cards can include your contact details, social links, images, and branding.
To use Portrai you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to Portrai (text, images, logos, links). By publishing a card, you grant Portrai a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information on your cards.
Some features of Portrai require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase, and recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have a billing concern.
We collect usage analytics to improve the platform. Published cards may track views, shares, and saves. For details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep Portrai available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Portrai is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portrai and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Portrai after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
